Information icon Hello, I'm RolandR. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Lord Haw-Haw, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. RolandR (talk) 19:37, 30 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Information icon Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living (or recently deceased) persons, as you did to Tokyo Rose. RolandR (talk) 19:38, 30 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Artemis. I've recently had to revert a change you made to the page titled St. Elmo's fire. Magellan did indeed circumnavigate the globe, as you can learn by reading the source present after the statement, and the statement is relevant to his voyage, and not Elcano's. Please do not alter information present on Wikipedia that is cited from reliable sources. Such edits are considered unconstructive, and will lead to you being banned. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about how to contribute to Wikipedia. If you have any questions, you can ask me on my talk page, or you can ask them at the Teahouse, where other Wikipedia editors can answer them. Thank you. HeyArtemis (talk) 11:58, 2 April 2021 (UTC) I mistook this good-faith edit for vandalism: my apologies. HeyArtemis (talk) 19:36, 2 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Magellan died in the Philippines. And then Elcano took over command and decided to return to Spain going west instead of returning east as it was originally intended. It's a bit difficult to circumnavigate the world while you are dead, don't you agree? I'm not going to change it back again. Now it's your fault and your responsability that the article is wrong.
